Deep in the Eryri wilderness 10 years ago, Cynan Jones saw a lonely mushroom quietly growing.... this little mushroom gave him a flash of inspiration which developed into The Mushroom Garden. Since that summer evening Cynan has worked hard and filled his life with all things mushroomy and has become one of Wales' leading fungi experts.

We take great pleasure in farming our mushrooms, and look forward to that special time of year when wild mushrooms such as Chanterells are ready for harvest!
